Please check the product details i.e. dimensions of the product, model wearing pictures etc.

Exchange Procedure:-

Mail us on info@jscollections.in by mentioning the order number, along with product picture and your concerns within 48 hours after receving product.

The concern team will take up your queries within 3 to 4 days . Kindly be patient.

Once the item will reach to us, replace product will be shipped within 3 working days.

We will not be liable for any exchanges were not notified within 48 hours after receving product.

We will not be liable for any damage in shipments, has shipped overseas after delivering it in India by us.

Exchange product/s may take longer time than usual time to ship.

All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.

Products must be unused to be eligible for exchange.

A product can be exchanged once through the course of an order.

Any credit note issued against return will be valid 3 months from the date of issue .

Credit Note cannot be clubbed with any other coupon and not applicable on SALE items or during SALE Period.
